This was my first half decent wander for a while and I am glad to report that the old &#8220;Gammy Leg&#8221; appears to be back to something like normal as it ached but not too badly even after 10 miles \ud83d\ude42 which is good and nearly 5 months after the accident about bloody time too!<\/p>\n<p>If you are interested <a href=\"http:\/\/www.worksmartlabs.com\/cardiotrainer\/tracks.php?trackId=671591732&amp;sig=d688d19f10ab31d4c33191e46cf8314302222319\">this is the route I took<\/a>, kudos to CardioTrainer the wonderful Android app I use to record these danders.<\/p>\n<p>I took a load of piccies when I was out and about and if you click on the one above you will be transported to the Facebook gallery with the rest of them.
