One fond memory that I have ….

Peter & I were staying in Coleraine when Mum and Dad were on holiday. Isobel came up the idea of getting us to write a report on a football match on the playing fields of the primary school behind the house. I think she told us it would be for the local newspaper. As I recall, given our obsession with all things football at the time we took the task very seriously and hopefully it gave your mum a few hours peace.

Not a particularly exciting story, but hopefully another example of how your mum can relate to people of different ages who have different interests.
